Über den Autor: Thomas J. Lucier is the President and CEO of Home Equities Corp, a privately held Florida Corporation established in 1995, which specializes in the purchase, fast-turnaround and resale of small residential rental properties in the Tampa Bay Area.

Mr. Lucier has owned residential and commercial rental property in the Tampa Bay Area since 1980, when he bought his first two rental houses while stationed in the Federal Republic of Germany with the United States Army.

Tom holds a Florida Mortgage Broker License.

Mr. Lucier was the editor and publisher of Distressed Property Investor’s Monthly, an eight-page newsletter that focused on the purchase, turnaround and resale of distressed property.
