The novelists profiled include: Jane Austen; Miguel de Cervantes; Daniel Defoe; Don DeLillo; Charles Dickens; George Eliot; Ralph Ellison; William Faulkner; Nathaniel Hawthorne; Ernest Hemingway; James Joyce; Franz Kafka; Toni Morrison; John Steinbeck; Leo Tolstoy; Mark Twain; Edith Wharton; and more.
