Ihre Aufgaben:
- Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
- Bankbuchhaltung und Cash Management
- Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Finance-Team des kanadischen Mutterunternehmens, der Geschäftsführung und dem Steuerberater vor Ort
- Aufbereitung von Daten für die Konzernberichterstattung
- Ansprechpartner für Banken, externe Auditoren / Wirtschaftsprüfer
Ihr Profil:
- Eine Ausbildung im Bereich Buchhaltung, bevorzugt Finanzbuchhalter(in), Steuerfachangestellte(r) oder Steuerfachwirt(in), oder vergleichbares Studium
- Sehr gute Fachkenntnisse und erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Buchhaltung
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachkenntnisse (insbesondere Französisch, Spanisch oder Italienisch) von Vorteil
- Fundierte PC- und Internetkenntnisse, insbesondere sichere Beherrschung aller gängigen MS Office Programme
- Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und gute analytische Fähigkeiten
- Hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Sorgfalt
- Enthusiasmus, eine "Hands-on" Einstellung und Spaß an der Arbeit

We are looking for a motivated individual with command of Italian on a native speaker level to join our team for our Italian market. In your role as Sales & Account Management Representative Italy, you will help us to deliver first class key account management and customer support for buyers and sellers and attract more booksellers to join our marketplace.
This is a junior level position with a permanent contract, and the job is located in Dusseldorf, Germany.
Your Responsibilities:
Sales & Account Management
- Develop and implement bookseller acquisition & retention campaigns
- Key account management for booksellers
- Monitor the performance of our Italian booksellers and support initiatives to increase the overall service quality
- Coordinate the communication with the Italian speaking bookseller community
- Closely cooperate with the marketing team to promote our booksellers' inventory to our worldwide customer base
- Coordinate the organization of events and attend book fairs in Italy
- Cooperate with our Product Development Group to continuously improve our seller facing products and services for the Italian market
Customer Service
- Provide qualified and efficient customer support for buyers and sellers by email and telephone
- Investigate, document, and resolve customer issues related to account management, web site functionality, technical or business issues
- Support our technical team in the areas of file uploads, conversions and other technical escalations
- Continuously improve the customer experience and build and maintain customer satisfaction
- Support updates of help pages and Customer Service documentation
Your Profile:
- University Degree
- Command of Italian on a native speaker level
- Advanced English level
- Strong communication skills, written and oral
- Ability to work in a busy environment and to coordinate activities among different departments
- Strong bias for action and ability to prioritize
- Excellent computer skills
- Open minded with a “hands-on" attitude
- Profound knowledge of Internet and e-commerce
