He is chairman of the Recruitment and Youth Development Committee of The Newspaper Association of America's Diversity Board, as well as a featured keynote speaker at diversity-related professional conferences and seminars. Mr. Milano has a national reputation on diversity communication and recruitment, and his articles on these topics have appeared in Presstime and The American Editor. He is a 14-year newspaper veteran and an editor for The Florida Times-Union in Jacksonville.
