Über den Autor: Al Sever served for thirty-one months in Viet Nam as a crew- member on various types of helicopters. He served in Viet Nam from the heavy combat days of 1968 to the days of moral and physical disintegration of our forces in 1972. Serving from the Delta to the DMZ, he observed the war in its varied facets as the opposing armies clashed and maneuvered throughout the country. He served in 11 out of the 16 campaigns of the war.
