Book Inscribed Publisher: Indiana Creative Arts Indianapolis, IN U.S.A. 1995 LTG Timothy Joseph "Tim" Maude (1947-2001) was a United States Army officer who was killed in the September 11 attacks at The Pentagon. Lieutenant General Maude was the highest-ranking U.S. military officer killed in the September 11 attacks. This book contains specific references to Tim Maude?s assignments and areas of expertise he developed at Fort Benjamin Harrison. Fort Benjamin Harrison was founded outside of Indianapolis, Indiana to train recruits from WWI through Operations Desert Shield and Storm. It was designated to be closed in 1991. COL Tim Maude was commander of the Enlisted Records and Evaluation Center there from 1990-1992. xx + 493pp Stephen E. Bower has been a staff historian for the U.S. Army since 1982.
