Soft cover. Zustand: Very Good. Apparently the only Bishop of Tasmania to write a book on cricket. Ills. xiii,[i],277,[3]pp small 8vo original wrappers. Covers show some spotting and are slightly chipped; mild wear to spine with small loss at head; it would appear that some pressure tape has been placed round the spine of the textblock (just visible in gutter of title-page) and this then replaced inside the covers. Overall a very good copy of a fragile book, published as a sixpenny paperback. Padwick 817, 2599. Only one copy on COPAC, at Manchester, which notes: "A reprint of the chapters on cricket in the author's 'The history of Kennington'". Book.
