Elvin Adams has an MD from Loma Linda University and a Masters in Public Health from John?s Hopkins University. Adams has conducted health evangelism programs in local churches from coast to coast. He is the Medical Director of the Tarrant County Public Health Department in Fort Worth, Texas.
