Brad and Andrew came up with the idea for the Designer's Journal and Handbook while working as design fellows at Chronicle Books. As recent graphic design graduates, they created the tool that they themselves wanted to own and use. Andrew is now a designer for Chronicle, and Brad works for San Francisco design firm BayCreative.
