Alain Saint-Saens is Agrege d'Histoire from Paris-Sorbonne (France) and a former Fellow of the Casa de Velasquez in Madrid (Spain), an assistant professor of History at Oklahoma State University and a member of the Editorial Board of Hispania Sacra.
