James Young is the Vice President of training and development for Dvelop, Inc., a training company with offices in Arizona and Massachusetts. As an author and speaker, James travels internationally delivering presentations and training in the areas of sales, customer service, coaching and leadership. He has two sons, Dan and Ryan, and lives in Arizona. James enjoys writing, reading, hiking and playing his guitar.Jim Mayfield, PhD., grew up on a farm in Indiana. He dropped out of high school at age 15 to join the Merchant Marine during World War II. When he was 28 years old he realized that greater things lay ahead of him, so he took the GED exam and entered the University. Six years later he earned his Ph.D. degree from Michigan State University in Speech/Communication.For over 40 years, Jim has served as a professor, minister, counselor and seeker of truth.
