Reseña del editor:
Former New York Times bestselling ghostwriter/editor William Garner uses a unique approach that whisks us off on a journey through the entity that will design and write your book: the mysterious subconscious, what he calls our Inner CHILD. How To Write Your First Book is much more than just a book about writing. It reveals how your subconscious functions during the creative process to produce the finished product, and how you grow as this process evolves. Garner employs a simple, step-by-step method we have used all our lives, and includes easy-to-follow examples and exercises, plus shares anecdotes from his work as a ghostwriter/editor on some sexy novels and books. You will also learn: --The characteristics of a good writer and what you need to do to become one --How to build your book from scratch, starting with One Word --What “Writer's Block” is and how to overcome it --How dreams are important to the process of writing --Your Warehouse Of Words, or WOW, and how to increase it --How to interpret your dreams, using your Inner CHILD --How to edit your first book --How to use your subconscious to achieve success in your everyday life

His first book, TOPGUN Miramar, published in London in 1992, was an international bestselling coffee-table book in three languages, featuring the US Navy Fighter Weapons School, TOPGUN. Before devoting full time to writing and editing, Dean was a scientist (biophysics), US Army Airborne Ranger with the 1st Ranger Battalion, a corporate security specialist with international private military companies he designed and assisted in building, and a commercial and military aviation photographer. He flew in US military high-performance attack and fighter jets (A-4, A-7, F-4, F-14, F-15, F-16, F/A-18), helicopters and cargo and refueling aircraft, and photographed from the back seat of jets and from various platforms on other aircraft. In his free time, he paints mushy stuff he calls tranquil impressionism (TranquilImpressionism.com), travels the world over, hikes whenever possible, and reads voraciously.
