Biografía del autor:

I began working in the culinary field after discovering that my original career in marketing and sales was unfulfilling and my true passion was cooking. In 1998 I returned to college and earned a culinary degree with honors from Joliet Junior College. I honed my culinary skills at Elgin Country Club where I created a daily appetizer, pasta and fish special and oversaw the preparation and presentation of meals for weddings and private parties. After my wedding, I decided to start Relish The Night Personal Chef Services. As a personal chef I find that my love for food, creative menu planning skills and ability to work with people allow me to provide an outstanding service to my clients. I cook for upscale cocktail and dinner parties, teach cooking classes and prepare weekly meals for families with busy lifestyles. My hope is to decrease the time spent deciding what to cook, shopping and preparing meals and increase the time the entire family spends enjoying their meals together.
