David J. Petry is obsessed with making the most of his time here on Earth. He’s written over a dozen books, written and recorded more than one hundred songs, plays over a dozen instruments, is a pilot, public speaker, teacher and entertainer! David has 3 children and has been married to his lovely wife, Diane, for more than twenty years. David’s writings are inspired by his experiences in life of traveling to all 50 states, more than 30 countries, and snorkeling at over 50 scenic sites throughout the world. He has a passion for eclectic tastes in reading and conversation. After spending over thirty years as a research development mechanic, he changed careers and now spends his days helping at a retirement center working with the elderly.
