RanDeeRedWillow (aka Oranna Bumgarner Felter) grew up on the Uinta and Ouray Indian Reservation in Northeastern Utah. She was born and raised in Fort Duchesne, Utah. Born to American Indian parents, making RedWillow American Indian herself. RedWillow has lived in and around the Uinta and Ouray Indian Reservation her whole life. The stories she writes are loosely based fiction on some real life experiences and some fiction.
