Reseña del editor:
At nine years of age and weighing only 31 pounds, Russell McCollough was well acquainted with fear, loneliness, starvation, and sickness. In The Boy from the Barn, Russell writes about his early life and how he was rescued by a kind lady who came to visit him in the barn where he lived in the rural town of Ivanhoe, California. Although Russell's story has some "happily ever after" qualities, he encountered many rough bumps in his journey to wholeness. This book journalizes his road to health and restoration, culminating in the healing of what he refers to as the "bruise" that continued to bleed long after the outward appearance of health and success.
