Biografía del autor:

I grew up in suburban Philadelphia, near Swarthmore College. My husband Rob and I are fortunate to have lived in and experienced many different places. The more interesting ones include San Francisco, Lake Tahoe, and Arizona, where we had places in both the southern desert and the northern mountains. Currently we live on an island on the Gulf Coast of Florida, a bird paradise. I 've been a bird fancier and bird photographer for more than twenty years. Our travels to view and photograph birds have taken us to all seven continents. My first book is a fantasy novel about birds in Florida and focuses on a special bird, a male Great Blue Heron who magically understand English. The book includes over forty photos of birds that are characters in my book.
