This book contains a complete copy of the Delaware General Corporation Law, with VisiLaw markings. VisiLaw is a patented, grammar-based system for marking statutes and other legal materials to make them easier to read. Lynn M. LoPucki is the Security Pacific Bank Distinguished Professor of Law at the UCLA School of Law, where he teaches Business Associations, Bankruptcy, and Secured Transactions. LoPucki is the inventor of VisiLaw and the holder of Patent No. US 8,794,792 B2, System and Method for Enhancing Comprehension and Readability of Legal Text. He is also the author, with Elizabeth Warren, of the Bankruptcy and Article 9 Statutory Supplement, VisiLaw Marked Version, which is now in its third edition.
