Phoebie Nelle Lehr Ceaser is a 44 year old single mother of two: Will, age 24 and Brittney, age 23, as well as the grandmother of 15 month old Mariah Taylor. They are the pure joy of her heart, just as Jesus is the pure joy of her soul. Although Phoebie is visually impaired and has had other health issues since early in life, she knows her strength and encouragement comes from our Lord. She prays this story brings blessings and excitement to many- just to know that battles may come and go, they may be lost or won; yet through it all, God wins every war.
