Biografía del autor:

Jillian Moriarty received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame and her Master's degree in Physical Therapy from Boston University. Her unique and diverse experience in physical therapy, as well as Pilates, yoga and bodywork lead to the creation of Fit2gether. However, the true inspiration for Fit2gether did not come from Jillian's career training, but rather from deep within Jillian's heart. Jillian strives to spread this family joy with her health-conscious and family-focused Fit2gether and Cook2gether programs. There is a saying "Children spell love, T-I-M-E"; and Jillian's primary mission is to unite families for quality time together. "Happily Ever Active" brings families together for caring, gentle touch; face to face interaction and eye contact; moments quiet and tender ; other moments full of giggles and excitement; a way for families to connect in a safe and supportive manner where everyone's hearts become full.
