Shipping costs in the shipping matrix are based on shipment by air- (priority) parcel or economy parcel (trackable methods), rate class up to 5 kgs, and the extra for the next 5kgs (not to be misunderstood for the next book). It is recommended to order several titles to save on shipping charges. Shipping depend on the gross weight, dimensions, value, method of shipment and country of destination, so far the shipping matrix can only stipulate an approximate charge. I will always look for the best-possible shipping method and submit their cost to you for your decision before finalizing your order. Forwarding charges & risk of transport: Forwarding charges (postage fees & packaging) will be submitted to you and are to be reconfirmed by you on receipt of my acknowledgment of order. Risk of transport to you is covered by the buyer. Shipment & time of delivery: Shipment will be effected ex stock within maximum 2 calendar days after receipt of payment / acceptance of credit card. Time of delivery depends on shipping method preferred and paid for and place of destination and local postal & customs authorities. Books are packed most carefully according to method of dispatch. Dispatch is made only by a trackable method via Deutsche Post AG / DHL. Other parcel services – if possible – will be engaged only after prior agreement with the buyer.
