Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor: Jean Olsen has been a licensed massage therapist in the state of Florida since 1995 (FL- MA18257). She is also a certified neuromuscular therapist and a certified Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) therapist. She has created and developed the kit, ebook and vook Headache Free…Naturally (www.achyhead.com). Jean has taken classes on different subjects and has received training in aromatherapy, reflexology, nutrition, acupressure, energy healing and various massage techniques including Swedish, medical, seated, orthopedic and polarity. Other areas she has studied are: meditation, diagnostics, mind-body connection, spiritual modalities, applied kinesiology, Bach flower remedies, Feldenkrais, hypnosis, psychosomatics, neurosomatics, soft-tissue therapy and posturology and Emotional Freedom Technique. Because of her interest in the health field, she is always researching new modalities, products and anything that has to do with healing. Her research as a massage therapist has helped her to educate others who are in different fields and/or don’t have the time or inclination to study health-oriented topics. In the past, she has only been able to reach a small group of people, her clients, family and friends. Today, she has found the use of writing books to be a wonderful means to give more people bottom-line information. There are two other books that she is proud to say, convey succinct, cutting-edge information. Her book, Headache Free…Naturally, was her first book, and it is revised periodically.
