State of New York State Commission in Lunacy. Tenth Annual Report: October 1, 1897 to September 30, 1898. Printed in New York City by Wynkoop, Hallenbeck, Crawford and Co. 1899, 736 pp, 9 x 6.25, cloth binding. Volume II only. In fair condition, with slight loss of binding to boards, both along the edges and between the spine and boards. Fading to lettering on spine. Hinges are in good condition with slight wear. Stamp of Daniel P. Witter, member of the New York State Assembly, on front pastedown, and small bookseller inscription on first flyleaf page. Slight toning and foxing to pages. Filled with sections of black-and-white photographs throughout. Please see photographs and ask any questions prior to purchasing.
