This edition was freshly translated by Isidore Lowenthal, a "Christian Jew" of the American Presbyterian Mission, assisted by Robert Clark of the Church Mission Society and H. James the Commissioner of the Panjab. The text is in Arabic characters. Publisher's cloth, with blind embossed panel design on both covers. Cloth of the spine joints split and repaired.
