Two charming songstress booklets, c. 1940, which provide snippets of lyrics to thirteen songs (ragtime and musicals), most written between 1890-1920, including "The Bowery," "Oh! You Beautiful Doll," "I Wonder Who s Kissing Her Now," "Who Threw the Overalls?" "Take Me Out to the Ball Game," and "Little Annie Rooney." Each booklet has a hand-drawn and colored illustration on front cover, one in pink, the other in blue, with the songstress holding a book that reads "Songs 1890" and a musical notation at bottom corner. Each contains 4 typed pages bound by two fasteners at top edge. Overall VG+, with soiling and stain to one edge. Bestandsnummer des Verkäufers 485
