This task was undertaken using five reliable sources of information or testimony: (1) the testimony of God, or Scripture (1Corinthians 2:1), (2) the testimony of Lexicons or Greek dictionaries, (3) the testimony of Bible translators, (4) the testimony of history, and (5) the testimony of Bible scholars.
