Their low vintage wines are hand-crafted in an old Lime Works plant in rocky terrain that allows a gravity flow process. Learn about domaines, burgundian pinots, malolactic fermentation, refractometers, Chalone, coloring-up, barrels, tasting, terroir, glassware, Thompson Seedless, Brix 24 and Early Mill. Cond : Paper wrapper is green with yellow lettering. Cover graphic is a wreath of grapevines around the titling. Add five bunches of grapes and a balloon of red wine.
