Über die Autorinnen und Autoren

Emma Jackson, a student at Northern Highlands Regional High School, is also a black belt in karate. She lives in Upper Saddle River, New Jersey, with her mom, her dad, and the most recent addition to the family—her dog, Dixie.



Bob Carey is a New York-based photographer who specializes in conceptual and environmental portraiture. In addition to gallery shows, he has contributed to publications such as O, The Oprah Magazine; Essence magazine; diane magazine; and Men's Health, as well as ad campaigns for Lexus and MasterCard. He lives in Brooklyn, New York.
