Mariana Herrera is an author originally from Queens, New York. She attended the University of Pennsylvania, earning a degree in literature and creative writing. She continues to call New York her home and lives with her adorable gremlin of a cat, Triton.

Molly Fehr is an illustrator and graphic designer originally from the Philadelphia area. She attended Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York, earning a degree in Communications Design with an illustration focus. Currently residing in New York, Molly designs young adult, middle grade, and picture books at HarperCollins Publishers and freelance illustrates mostly for the publishing industry.
