Sarah OKeefe (Morrisville, NC) is the president and founder of Scriptorium Publishing Services, Inc., a technical publishing company that creates material solely in FrameMaker. Sarah is a FrameMaker ACE (Adobe Certified Expert) and all-around tool expert. She teaches Scriptorium Publishing's Accelerated Introduction to FrameMaker course and is certified by Quadralay Corporation to teach WebWorks Publisher and Advanced WebWorks Publisher courses.

"Sheila A. Loring is Senior Technical Consultant for Scriptorium Publishing Services located near Research Triangle Park, NC and is an Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in FrameMaker. She wears several hats at Scriptorium, two of which are writing software documentation exclusively in FrameMaker and designing FrameMaker templates. Sheila coauthored a book on WebWorks Publisher, a popular tool that converts FrameMaker documents to online formats."
