Margaret A. Ray is an Associate Professor of Economics at Mary Washington College and author of the Study Guide to accompany Economics of Social Issues. She is a contributor to the Website which accompanies this text. She received her B.S. degree in Economics from Oklahoma State University and her Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. Her areas of research include Microeconomics, Industrial Organization, and Regional Economics. She has lectured and published extensively in the areas of economic education and curriculum development.
