Jim Keogh is chair of the Electronic Commerce track at Columbia University's Computer Technology and Applications Certification Program and author of numerous other titles in Prentice Hall PTR's Programmer's Notebook series, including C++ Programmer's Notebook and COBOL Programmer's Notebook.
