As former chairman of the DARPA Distributed Systems Architecture Board and the CSNET Technical Committee, and member of the Internet Activities Board, he has helped lead the Internet's development, evolution, and growth. He created Prentice Hall PTR's The Complete TCP/IP Training Course.
