All parts of the book have been expanded, with more discussion of algorithms and applications, and there is greater coverage of three-dimensional modelling and rendering. The text features numerous programming examples and illustrations written in PASCAL and demonstrates graphics algorithms and features of applications in various areas. GKS has been replaced by the use of PHIGS throughout.
