Kindergarten-Grade 5 A humorous blend of jokes, riddles, puns and gruesomely lovable monsters. Some are predictable"How does a witch tell time? With a witch watch." Some may make adults groanwith pain, not fright. "What's green and only comes out at night? Vampickle." The jokes and illustrations are in tune, though, with children's sense of humor. The large black-and-white illustrations complement the riddles, and most are funny even standing alone. Sure to be popular throughout the year, not just at Halloween.
