DR. EDWARD A. McBEAN is an Associate at Conestoga-Rovers and Associates, and President of CRA Engineering Inc. For more than 20 years, he has served on the faculties of the University of Waterloo and University of California, researching the challenges of interpreting environmental quality data. FRANK A. ROVERS is President, Conestoga-Rovers and Associates, an environmental engineering company with more than 850 employees located in 29 offices. In more than 25 years in environmental engineering, he has been involved with the entire spectrum of environmental quality issues.
