This introduction to both traditional and modern analytic methods aims to show something of the variety of methodology in modern analytical chemistry. The sixth edition includes material on the mechanism of the glass electrode and other ISEs, and provides coverage of the topic of equivalents and normality. Also included are chapters on spectroscopy and chromatography, more calculations and new end-of-chapter questions and problems.
