First published in 1959, A History of New Zealand has been bought up to date in this revised edition by Raewyn Dalziel, Professor of History at the University of Auckland. It brings the story up to the 1990s and the election of the Labour Government.

Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
Keith Sinclair was a professor of History at Auckland University, he also held fellowships at the Institute of Commonwealth studies, Cambridge University, and the Australian National University. He died in 1993.
