�ber die Autorin bzw. den Autor

John Steckley was a professor of sociology and anthropology at Humber College for more than 20 years. He is the author of over a dozen books and 200 articles in scholarly journals. A specialist in Indigenous languages, culture, and history, he has previously worked as a consultant on CBC's Canada: A People's History and is currently serving as tribal linguist of the Wyandot [or Huron] of Kansas.
