Inhaltsangabe

for CCBarBar and piano
This celebrated spiritual has a strong, appealing, comfortable melody suitable for boys' choirs, and is arranged skilfully here for four-part choir and piano, with a cappella sections and affecting modulations. Suited to more established choirs, it has plenty of opportunities for musical growth.

Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Andy Brooke is a composer, arranger and school teacher. As well as having taught music throughout the age range from nursery to post-16, he has delivered music workshops to adults and children, directed a number of children's and community choirs, as well as teaching children with special educational needs and disabilities. Andy's passion for choral composition stems from his belief that something magical happens when we sing together, and that we should all have opportunities to sing in our lives.
