Readings of New Testament texts have often reflected and encouraged anti-Semitism, but post-Holocaust scholars have increasingly rejected this inheritance. Oldenhage seeks to craft a biblical hermeneutics that works with memories of the Holocaust to allow us to examine the resonances between the parables and the events of the Holocaust.
