Maria Cristina Pagni is a Partner, at Norton Rose, in Milan and is the Head of the litigation and arbitration department. She teaches Comparative Civil Procedure at Golden Gate University and is Senior Associate at Bonelli Erede Pappalardo Law Firm, Milan, which has won many awards as top litigation firm. Simona Grossi has practiced as litigator and trial lawyer for 6 years, and has specialized in civil procedure, comparative civil procedure, civil litigation and complex civil litigation. She has written extensively in the field of company proceedings on Le Società, one of the top Law Reviews in Italy.
