James Devenney is Head of School and Professor of Transnational Commercial Law at Reading University School of Law. He is also a Visiting Full Professor at University College Dublin & a Visiting Professor at Dalian Maritime University, China.

Adam Shaw-Mellors is Senior Lecturer in Commercial Law at Aston University Law School.
