Drawing from their work as analysts, Allen and Kutnik explain how an information technology organization can assess its own operational processes and bring them to the level of best practices. They present a sequenced series of steps that define a goal, measure the current state, and establish a path for bridging between the two. Annotation c. Book News, Inc., Portland, OR (booknews.com)
