SMITH is Senior Research Fellow at The Centre for Market and Public Organisation at the University of Bristol. She has taught public policy at LSE and is a pensions expert.
PROPPER is Professor of Economics of Public Policy at The Centre for Market and Public Organisation at the University of Bristol. She specializes in the economic analysis of health-care markets and has published in economics and professional journals.
