Let me welcome all those in attendance this morning and take note of the fact that we have been out of this committee room, our normal committee room now, for some months, as the various rooms in this building are being refurbished. And so, we're back today for the first time, and we want to thank all those who did the work to take and sort of improve the condition of the room, and in that context, want to welcome our very special witnesses this morning.
