J in the foregoing detailed statement, and amount to the sum of two mil lion seven hundred and thirty-seven thousand three hundred and two dollars and thirty cents, excluding the sum of five hundred and two thousand and seventeen dollars and nineteen cents, paid on account of services rendered prior to the let of June, 1861. I, therefore, ask that the sums specified in the foregoing detailed statement of expenditures for that year be new appropriated, less the sum of 19.
