Excerpt from Reports of Select Cases Decided in the Courts of New York, Not Heretofore Reported, or Reported Only Partially, Vol. 2
In the introduction to volume I of Edmonds' Reports, Judge edmonds states that a second volume would soon be issued, completing the work. During its progress through the press Judge edmonds died, and the unfinished volume has since been in the possession of his daughter. It is deemed advisable at this time to issue the volume, believing it will be acceptable to the profession, as completing the work as originally planned by Judge edmonds.
