After careful inquiry, it has been ascertained, that there are many within the bounds of this Presbytery, and in nominal connexion with us, who, although baptized into the fellowship of the Church in infancy, have now reached the years of discretion, yet manifest no indication of ful filling their baptismal relationship. This is to us, matter of painful consideration; and to those who are in this con? Dition, we Wish at present specially to address ourselvesfi.
