In dem Stute, welcher alle Reohtsverh�ltnisse ohne R�cksicht auf die Verschied0nheit der ia. Demselben stehenden Pweu bestimmt, gilt das Recht als Grundsatz; in dem Staate dagegen, welcher die selben Rechtsverh�ltnisse f�r Einige anders bestimmt, als f�r die Uebrigen, gilt das f�r die letzteren gesetzte Recht als Regel und das abweichende Recht der ersteren als Ausnahme Gleichwie nun das Recht f�r einen einzelnen Staatsb�rger von dem f�r' die anderen ah weichen kann (privilegium im engeren Sinne), so kann auch das Recht einer Classe von Staatsb�rgern oder eines Standes im weiteren Sinne von dem regelm�ssigen Rechte der �brigen Staatsb�rger abweichen und eben dadurch, wie im 5. 2. Bereits erw�hnt, ein Stand im recht lichen Sinne bestehen.
